We operate under the Travel Industry Act, and are governed by the Travel Industry Council of Ontario.

We shop and compare rates based on our existing contracts, corporate client contracts and hundreds of suppliers.
Bookings are secured based on your corporate preferences and the area your staff is traveling to. They may include guarantee to credit card, wire payment or other form of pre-paid.

Nothing Beats Personalized Service. In business, situations develop quickly and last minute changes often occur. We understand the needs of business travelers and the requirement for flexibility.
Our regular business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST. After hours, we have alternate contact numbers where our professional staff can assist you with whatever travel requirements you may have.
Far Horizons will always get back to you on the same day the request was received, by phone or email during regular hours. We will advise you of the status of your itinerary on an ongoing basis.
Upgrade Tickets
Far Horizons has a wealth of experience in finding cost savings for its clientele, including the use of upgrade coupons. We ask that you send a copy of the upgrade coupon, either electronically or by fax, for one of our professional staff to review. We can then recommend the best way to redeem your coupon and make the appropriate reservation.
Traveller Profiles
Far Horizons requests Traveller Profiles from all its clients – both corporate and individual. Profiles are kept on record to better assist us when making reservations on the individual’s behalf and are subject to the existing Corporate Travel Policy.
Profiles are strictly confidential; They are not shared or sold to any third markets.
Our database is stored electronically using encryption. This secure system enables us to better assist you with any requests made outside of our regular business hours.
